JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Planner and Order Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, coordinating and optimizing all aspects of the supply chain, from demand planning and inventory management to customer order processing and fulfillment at our GLCs(Growth and Logistics center) and at Partners site. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
1. Demand Planning:
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to gather and analyses demand forecasts.
- Develop and maintain accurate demand plans to optimize inventory levels of SKUs.
- Monitor order trends and propose demand forecasts accordingly.
2. Inventory Management:
- Implement inventory control measures to prevent stockouts or overstock situations both at GLCs and Partners site.
- Optimize inventory levels based on demand forecasts and production schedules.
- Coordinate with Production and GLC teams to ensure timely and cost-effective replenishment.
- Advise of cross -GLCs transfers and partner supplies based on need and shortages.
3. Order cycle/fulfilment monitoring
- Monitor daily customer order’s entire cycle (Order subscription, fresh orders, pick-pack ship and last mile delivery) in each GLC and ensure that they are executed as per the SLAs.
- Work closely with the sales team to confirm product availability and delivery timelines.
- Communicate with GLC team regarding order status, changes, delays or any related activity.
- Monitor the movement of goods from GLCs to Partners site and customers through distribution channels and last mile delivery.
- Track and manage outbound shipment and highlight issues to relevant stakeholders.
5. Production Coordination:
- Collaborate with production teams to forecast the demand from each GLCs and emerging market demand to optimize production schedules.
- Work closely with business and GLC teams to update the production plan and capacities.
7. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize data analysis tools to assess supply chain and order fulfillment performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory, demand, and order fulfillment.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in supply chain planning, order processing, and inventory management preferably in E-commerce organizations dealing in perishables.
- Experience in handling supply chain and order fulfillment activities for multiple distribution centers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using supply chain management software and Microsoft Office suite.
