Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in tech, operations, and agribusiness.
Hiring Strategy for Blue Color Positions
Collaborate with department heads to assess workforce needs and build talent pipelines.
Oversee onboarding to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
Training & Development
Design and implement employee training programs focused on skill development, leadership, and technical expertise.
Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and tailor learning modules accordingly.Introduce e-learning platforms, workshops, and mentoring programs to upskill employees.
Monitor training effectiveness and adjust programs to meet evolving business needs.Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements for different roles.
HR Policies & Compliance
Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring alignment with company goals and labor laws.
Manage grievance handling, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace safety, and diversity policies.
Performance Management & Learning
Implement performance appraisal systems and continuous feedback mechanisms.
Identify skill gaps and organize training programs for professional development.
Work with leadership to develop succession planning strategies.
HR Operations & Payroll
Oversee payroll processing, leave management, and HR documentation.
Manage HR analytics and reporting to drive data-driven decision-making.
Optimize HR tech tools to streamline processes.
Qualifications & Experience
5+ years of HR experience, preferably in tech-driven startups, agritech, or manufacturing.
Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
Experience in scaling HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in HRMS tools and data-driven decision-making.
