One Shared Mission.
Building a reliable, technology-enabled nutrition network for dairy farmers requires people with diverse skills and experiences. From designing production infrastructure and managing daily operations to working with farmers, partners and customers, every team at Shunya contributes directly to our mission. We are continuously looking for curious, committed and action-oriented people who want to solve meaningful problems and grow with us.
Growth Operations
Manage the science and execution behind the production of high-quality hydroponic fodder. The team monitors crop growth, production protocols, quality parameters, environmental conditions and operational performance across Shunya's Growth Logistics Centres.
EPC
Turn production concepts into functional infrastructure. Our Engineering, Procurement and Construction team plans and executes new production facilities, covering site assessment, layout design, equipment selection, procurement, installation and commissioning.
Sales Operations
Build and expand Shunya's presence on the ground. The team works closely with dairy farmers, channel partners and institutions to generate demand, develop markets, manage sales territories and ensure strong customer relationships.
Inside Sales
Connect opportunities with the right Shunya solutions. The Inside Sales team engages prospective customers and partners, understands their requirements, qualifies opportunities, schedules discussions and supports the sales pipeline from initial enquiry to conversion.
Finance & Accounts
Build the financial systems that support a growing organisation. The team manages accounting, payments, collections, compliance, budgeting, reporting, reconciliations and financial controls across Shunya's operations and partner network.
Human Resources
Find, support and develop the people behind Shunya. The HR team manages talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, performance processes, policies, payroll coordination and organisational development.
Operations
Keep Shunya's distributed network running effectively. The Operations team coordinates people, processes, technology and partners across multiple locations while monitoring performance, resolving operational challenges and continuously improving execution.
Logistics
Ensure that every product reaches the right place at the right time. The Logistics team manages dispatch planning, route coordination, delivery partners, inventory movement, delivery performance and first-mile and last-mile operations.
