Shunya is not a large organisation with deep corporate hierarchies. It is a lean, intentional team of highly entrepreneurial and passionately curious individuals who have chosen to dedicate their energy to one of India's most important and under-served challenges — the livestock nutrition deficit.
Each member of the Shunya team brings specialised expertise — agri-technology, operations, supply chain, digital systems, and growth strategy — all converging around a shared purpose: creating sustainable, scalable hydroponics infrastructure that makes fresh, chemical-free Nutri Ankurit Feed reliably available to dairy farmers across Bharat, 365 days a year.
We are digital-first by design. From the URJA IoT platform and VIDHI SOPs, to the GRANTH operations dashboard and Production OS — every system we build is designed to make our impact scalable, repeatable, and measurable across every GLC we operate.

Entrepreneur with 25+ years of marketing experience, merging new media with retail through ventures like AaramShop (acq. by RIL) and earlier Sercon (acq. by WPP). Awarded for tech innovation, passionate about enhancing business performance online and at retail counters.
Experienced entrepreneur with 25+ years in the private sector, specializing in startup setup and growth. Founded AaramShop in Retail Technology & Services, acquired by Reliance Jio, and earlier founded Astrum in Training & Development.
Over two decades of entrepreneurial and leadership experience. He co-founded AaramShop, a pioneering hybrid e-commerce platform, and later transitioned it to JioMart & JioMart Partner. With expertise in building scalable tech platforms, he leads Shunya's product innovation & tech strategy.
Marketeer with rich experience across FMCG & Retail. Worked extensively in growing rural distribution for key toothpaste brands at Colgate Palmolive. Built & scaled the monetisation effort of JioMart Partner & Smart Bazaar at Reliance Retail.
Tech leader skilled in crafting tailored tech stacks for hyperlocal commerce and logistics. Proficient in integrating mobile-first strategies for optimal user experience and business results.
Experienced Sales & Marketing professional. Creative Director at heart and great at storytelling . He excels in cultivating partnerships with enterprising partners and helping them onboard as Production Partner.

Vijay leads Shunya as the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer, bringing 25+ years of entrepreneurial experience in marketing, technology, and retail innovation to guide the company's strategic direction.
Ashutosh is the guiding force of Shunya's EPC & Operations effort. He also leads the overseas strategy as Director on the Board, drawing on 25+ years of entrepreneurial experience in startup setup, growth, and international business development.
In addition to leading the team building cutting-edge technology to make hydroponics-based fodder scalable, Ritesh also guides the strategic direction of Shunya as a member of the Board of Directors.
Mr. Ravi Gupta is a visionary leader whose influential work in the sugar industry has made a profound impact on global agri-commodity trading. Under his dynamic leadership, Shree Renuka Sugars Limited has emerged as a global powerhouse, fostering innovation and setting new benchmarks in sugar, refining, and distribution. He has been on the forefront of Ethanol Blending policy in India. Mr. Gupta is the Chairman of the Sugar Ethanol Group of Indian Federation of Green Energy, Co-Chairman of WTO Trade and Investment Committee of ASSOCHAM, Invitee Board Member of National Federation of Cooperative Sugar Factories, and Executive Committee Member and Chairman of Media Committee of India Sugar and BioEnergy Manufacturers Association. He is a leading industry voice and a regular invitee to national and international conferences.
Mr. Mohit Kanodia has over 22 years of experience in building and leading organizations within the retail and commerce sectors. He has managed multi-billion dollar businesses at Reliance, specializing in e-commerce, grocery retailing, digital payments, and financial services. An investor across various sectors in India, he holds an MBA with a gold medal from IIM Bangalore and is a rank holder in the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
Advisor, Aavishkaar Venture Management Services Pvt. Ltd. Following a degree in Mathematics and an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur, Arun worked with Standard Chartered Bank for 28 years across India, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific. He subsequently served as Head of Reuters Consulting South Asia before freelance consulting across Indonesia, Thailand, Laos, Mauritius, and Seychelles. He was MD of Jain Sons Finlease Limited, an NBFC providing SME loans. He has board experience at Equitas Microfinance, Suryoday Micro Finance, Suryoday SFB, Arohan Financial Services, and Old Bridge Mutual Fund Trustee Company. An active TiE-Mumbai member, he mentors entrepreneurs and makes angel investments.
