On 16 September 2026, Shunya Agritech launched FodrPulse at an event in Gurgaon. Dr. Radhey Shyam Dixit, Founder and Chairman of Ananda Dairy, launched the app alongside Vijay Singh, Shunya's CEO, in a collaboration that marks a deepening of the two organisations' shared commitment to solving India's livestock nutrition problem from the ground up.

An operator photographs the tray at any stage, from grain intake to day-seven mat. FodrDrishti reads the image and returns a quality assessment: germination uniformity, visible fungal growth, growth stage against expected benchmark, and a readiness verdict. Problems that take a week to show up visually are caught in 24 to 48 hours with a photo.
Answers operator questions using AI trained on Shunya's own protocols and real growing data. An operator whose batch is running slow germination on day three asks FodrIQ why and gets a specific answer grounded in protocol, not generic internet advice. The knowledge base is what Shunya's own technical team would tell the operator if they called.
Guides operators through Shunya's proprietary pest and fungal protection formulations, safe for cattle and humans. FodrDrishti is the module that changes the economics of catching problems early. A hydroponic tray that starts developing fungal issues on day two looks nearly normal to the human eye until day four or five. By day five, the batch is already compromised and the farmer who was counting on that output faces a gap. FodrDrishti's AI was trained on thousands of tray images from Shunya's GLC network, covering healthy growth at every stage alongside images of early-stage contamination, uneven germination, and pest damage.
When an operator photographs a tray, the model compares it against that training set. The output is specific: growth uniformity score, visible fungal presence (yes/no with confidence), growth stage versus expected benchmark for the grain type and day, and a simple verdict (healthy, monitor, intervene). An operator who photographs their trays every day on FodrDrishti catches a contamination event two to three days before it would be visible without the app. That two-day difference is the difference between treating one affected tray and losing a full batch.

FodrShield is not a single product. It is a system of nine formulations covering the full range of contamination threats in a hydroponic growing environment, developed by Shunya in association with ICAR-IIMR. Every product is natural, safe for animals and humans, and designed for the specific humidity, temperature, and organic matter conditions inside a hydroponic shed.

FodrShield's approach is stage-specific rather than reactive. The fodder pest life cycle runs from egg (day 0 to 3, hatches in 1 to 2 days) through larva (day 4 to 10, feeds on fodder, the major damage stage) to pupa (day 11 to 14) and adult (day 15 to 21, lays eggs on moist fodder). FodrBoost is Shunya's nutrition-enhancement layer, and its first product is Ankur Shakti: a plant vitamin and growth enhancer for hydroponic fodder. The premise is that two hydroponic units running identical grain and irrigation schedules can produce fodder with meaningfully different nutritional profiles depending on what the plant receives during its six-to-eight-day growth window.
Ankur Shakti targets four outcomes in a growing tray: better growth rate, stronger root development, improved plant immunity during the growth period, and higher yield per kg of grain seeded. Stronger roots mean better water and nutrient uptake from the irrigation cycle. Better plant immunity during growth means the sprout is more resistant to the environmental stresses, temperature swings and humidity fluctuations, that compromise nutritional density before harvest.
The practical result is fodder that delivers more protein, energy, and digestibility per kilogram than the same grain grown without enhancement.
