Pradeep comes to us with an incredible depth of experience. Over the years, he has built deep expertise across revenue growth, go-to-market strategy, channel development, operations, customer engagement, business scaling, and partner ecosystem management across multiple sectors.

For us at Shunya, this appointment also brings a fantastic sense of alignment. Members of our founding team worked closely with Pradeep back during the Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) days. Having seen his execution-oriented approach and passion for driving results firsthand, we are thrilled about the operational depth and energy he adds to the team.

What Pradeep Will Be Driving At Shunya

As he steps into the CBO role to lead our business growth and revenue functions, Pradeep will be working hand-in-hand with our teams, entrepreneurs, and partners to hit some major scaling milestones:

• Scaling the Production Partner Program: Empowering local entrepreneurs and expanding our decentralized asset network across new regions.
• Strengthening Strategic Channel Partners: Building deep, trusted relationships across our B2B ecosystem to anchor a highly resilient rural supply chain.
• Accelerating Multi-Line Business Expansion: Supercharging the growth of our flagship Nutri Ankurit Feed (NAF) lines alongside our upcoming non-NAF verticals.
• Building Deep Market Execution: Strengthening localized field capabilities to deliver reliable, high-impact livestock nutrition solutions directly to the farmgate.
